The hotel is ideally situated in town, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were great, special mention for Arturo at the rooftop bar who provided excellent service.

The location worked perfectly for us. We had a couple days of meetings at another hotel about a mile away and it was good to get walks in early and late to and from. The breakfasts were really great. The staff was attentive and the food choices were great and reflective of the region. Things have changed since my first trip to Playa in the early 80s…then it was really just a jumping off stop to get to Cozumel.

It was cleaned daily and a lot of effort went into the cleaning which I really appreciated as I have OCD. Also they had the best AC in the whole area, I was always looking forward to going back to the hotel after a hot day.

Love the location ..love the roof top pools and hot tub ..staff was so wonderful .. loved there was breakfast included

The location was very centrally located, close to 5a Avenida. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very good place to relax.

Everything was clean, comfortable,pool area was nice and relaxing. The location was great, easy to walk to stores and ferry. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family

Hotel is very central, you have easy access to the beach, easy access to the bars and easy access to the shopping areas. Also the swimming pool on the top is quite cool.

Good restaurants in the hotel. it has its own activities inside. The ubicación is very good. You are a block away from the 5th Avenue.

Its convenient location made exploring the city easy, while the varied breakfast and additional services, like the spa, added practicality to the stay.

The location was in the heart of the venues. All I. Walking distance. Worked out well. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel
